Also known as "Follow-On", our milk-based formula for older infants, Bright Beginnings 2 with the Lipids DHA & ARA is
intended for babies four months and up who have started a diet supplemented by baby cereals and baby foods. Our stage 2
formula is fortified with iron and contains calcium levels necessary for your baby’s growing bones.
Bright Beginnings 2 with Lipids is intended to replace traditional starter formula and has been specially formulated
for use as a supplement to the solid food portion of the older baby’s diet. Our formula provides all the nutrition
your older baby needs during the early stages of development, including DHA and ARA.

While no formula can provide all of the advantages of breast milk, Bright Beginnings is designed like breast milk to satisfy
the unique nutritional needs of growing infants.
Bright Beginnings 2 with Lipids contains DHA. DHA is an important
nutrient occurring naturally in mother's milk that aids in the in the proper development of a baby's brain and eyes.
Our formula meets all FDA standards and the recommendations of the World Health Organization for DHA and ARA . Plus, it provides the benefits of lipids at a savings of up to 33% compared to other
national DHA brands.

DHA and ARA occur naturally in mother's milk and belong to a class of nutrients called lipids, or fats. Lipids are an
essential part of a healthy diet because they are important structural components of vital organs, particularly an infant's
brain and eyes.
Interest in DHA and ARA has increased following several scientific studies showing that infants fed formula supplemented
with DHA and ARA gained intellectual and visual benefits not found in infants who were fed standard formulas without DHA and

Carefully measure and mix formula to avoid health hazards. Always
wash hands before preparing formula. Wash and rinse can top
before opening.
Ask your baby's doctor about the need to boil or sterilize water for formula and feeding utensils.
After feeding, throw away remaining infant formula in bottle or cup within 1 hour.
Storage: Cover and refrigerate unused prepared formula. Use refrigerated product within 24 hours. Warm to body
temperature and shake well before feeding.
Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid any extreme
temperatures. Cover opened can tightly with a plastic lid and store
in cool, dry place. DO NOT REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE.
Use contents within 1 month of opening to ensure
freshness.
